Arlie has been a Certified Breema Instructor and Practitioner for 25 years. She has taught extensively in the United States, Mexico, Europe, and Canada. She is on staff at the Breema Center (world headquarters for teaching Breema bodywork and Self-Breema exercises) and serves as a Senior Practitioner at the Breema Clinic in Oakland, California.
Over the years, she has studied and traveled with a keen interest in expanding her experience and understanding of many traditional healing methods with healers from the United States, Mexico, Peru, Canada, India, Spain, and Croatia, always exploring and nurturing her wish to help people and bring more “light” into their lives.
These sessions offer a profound sense of well-being by bringing in more joy, light, and presence to life.
By catalyzing the self-healing forces, cleansing the past, and opening up to the present moment, we can give strength to the vital forces within and that surround us.
