Amrita holds a Grande Diplome from French Culinary Institute in NYC, and brings to the table three decades of professional culinary experience, including co-creating in the kitchen with Bobby Flay at Mesa Grill in NYC, cooking in celebrated restaurants and other establishments, teaching culinary classes, private cheffing, catering, menu consulting, and staff training in the culinary arts.
