Why Cleanse your Auric Field?
Have you ever been in a happy mood, then spent time with a negative person, only to find that your joyful mood left?
Well, that's because you soaked up some of the energy of the negative person
Our auras can also harbor the energies of unwanted thought forms (such as negative self-images and negative self-talk) and unprocessed emotions.
Drugs (prescribed or not) and even food can also taint the aura.
All these negative energies can unbalance our energy field and can cause blockages to the natural flow of energy in our field.
When we carry these negative energies, you may feel anxious, tired, depressed, ungrounded, sick, etc.
But good news...we can clear our fields through different aura cleansing modalities.

There are many aura cleansing methods some are so simple techniques you can do ... you can even do some RIGHT now.
Here are some tips:
With your intention you can imagine white light - you can do this anywhere anytime if your around a bunch of people you can do it quickly with your intention but the most effective way is to sit comfortably and close your eyes. Breathe deeply and relax, allow your body to unwind for a few minutes. Simply visualize your body completely filled with white light. Imagine the white flushing out any tense body aches you may have in your physical body, let the white light restore your body and remove any foreign energy. Take your time. Next, expand the light beyond your body at least two feet beyond your body or however far it feels right. Let the white light push out any more negative energy you may have into the universe, where it will be neutralized into the cosmic field. Do this until you can imagine you are completely engulfed in white light like a giant egg is around you. You feel energized, lighter, and cleansed.
Make your own aura cleansing mist out of the water and essential oils such as sage or lemon. In a spray bottle, mix a few drops of essential oil in spring water. Shake it up and spray it toward yourself from arm's length (avoiding your eyes, of course). We have smudge mist available here if you don't want to DIY it.
Crystals are great aura purifiers. Crystals traditionally used for this are clear quartz, selenite, or black tourmaline. In our energy cleansing kits, we have quartz crystal. To use a crystal you simply sweep the crystal repeatedly through your energy field, head to toe, with the intention that it will absorb any negative energies. You can even carry one with you in your pocket or purse.
This is a no brainer, drink purified water but if possible spring water is best. Be sure to drink the amount you need to stay hydrated throughout the day. For example, your weight is 100 pounds, divide that by 2, which gives you 50 ounces (oz). This means you should be drinking 50 oz (or 1.42 liters) each day.
One of my favorites, take a warm sea salt bath.
Smudge yourself with a sage or cedar bundle. We have this in our energy cleanse kit. In a fire-safe bowl, light the end of it and blow out any flame so that there are just a few embers burning and creating a small amount of smoke. Wave the smudge stick around your body from head to toe, allowing the sage smoke to purify your field. I quick prayer you can say out loud while cleansing your field is " May the sage cleanse my hands, my feet, my heart, my throat, my eyes, and my soul. Thus, enabling me to see, feel, touch, and hear about the beauty of this world. May this space be cleansed by the smoke of sage in a way that the smoke carries my prayers to the highest of heaven ti be accepted. Amen!"
GO OUTSIDE - Sunlight is a natural energy purifier. Take a walk in nature, it is naturally calming and cleansing effect.
