Local Sedona residents who have a passion for hiking on the sacred and inspiring trails of Sedona’s red rocks. We make your hiking experience custom to your needs and can accommodate 1-14 people. We hold a special-use permit for guided hikes on some of the best trails in Sedona. Hikes range from 1.5-2.5 hours in length, and we will choose a hike based on your interest, level of difficulty and area you want to visit. For a deeper experience we can create a yoga, hiking and meditation retreat for you and your group. 

Make us your first point of contact when you come to Sedona, so you can make the most of your visit here. We will share tips on a range of things to make your trip memorable: including sightseeing and road trips, restaurants suggestions, and other local points of interest. Our guided hikes include details about Sedona’s history, geology, vortex’s and filmmaking. Sedona has a multitude of vortex energy, and anywhere you choose here will be an incredible experience you won’t forget.

We offer packages that include: hiking with meditation, Vortex and sunset hikes, and hiking paired with yoga and meditation. Former yoga studio owners in Chicago, we are full time local Sedona residents, and have been teaching and practicing yoga for 20 years. Choose us for our deep and thorough knowledge of the area, and for a fun and life enhancing experience that you will always remember.

We also host a semi-annual 200 hour yoga teacher training that is fully affiliated with yoga alliance. The training is a combination of online in person studies, and includes a week long in person training in Sedona which includes daily hiking and meditation in Sedona’s red rocks. Next training starts September of 2021.
