I’m currently working towards becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. I am also a certified Life Coach who partners with individuals and families on setting realistic and attainable goals that promote individual and family growth. I have 15 years of experience working with adults, youth, and their families with developing coping skills to increase their overall performance in everyday life.All 15-minute Life Coaching sessions at the Holistic Health Saloon will include an introduction to life coaching and ways it can support your further growth. We will also complete a Wheel of Life exercise that raises your personal awareness and allows you to envision a life that is more satisfying and closer to your definition of balance.
