It’s been a lifelong journey that began early on. Throughout my life I sought out spiritual and holistic methods for dealing with my childhood trauma.I’ve had many teachers along the way, who led me to various healing techniques. But I think Nature has been my greatest teacher. Always available, deeply supportive and soulfully nourishing. How could a method so simple, be so effective at transforming deeply rooted trauma?Exploring this question was pivotal in my healing journey and so became a way of life.
