As a transformative coach, expressive arts practitioner and teacher who is known for pushing the boundaries of what’s acceptable with empathy and imagination, I am passionate about trauma integration and restoring connection to our ancestral roots and inner wisdom using the body, the self, and the arts for a multifaceted and whole expression. 

I work with imaginative, intellectual people who have become out of touch with their passions personally and professionally. They want to get back to the joy and freedom they remember when they were young and not be so weighed down by judgment, criticism or expectations. If you’re not living life the way you want to be living it, I offer individual and group coaching programs and online courses that use expressive arts and transformational processes to help you experience more power, excitement and joy in your life. 

My offerings are a way in. . .a portal for you to express who you are and what you experience of the world. I serve to open up spaces for you to embody the portals of your soul. Nurture your creativity. Tend to the roots of your wisdom, desires, your own ground and let it flow through your life force. You will see what is there beneath the outermost layer reflected back to you and learn to cherish all of the parts within you: all of the pain, love, connection, courage, loss, grief, creativity, life force, rage, power, wonder, boldness, care, soul, wounds, shadows, fun, wholeness. . .
