Quantum theory suggests that atoms are always vibrating. We are MADE of atoms. We can bring our water molecules into harmony within ourselves by allowing ourselves to be guided into a healing mindset, remembering our breath as our ultimate source of power and peace.

Many pains can be soothed when we practice coming into a space of knowingness: psychological, social, and biological wounds can be given better chances to heal. When we dedicate our meditation to settle into rest, trust, and truth, the repairs arrive naturally. Our anxieties and aches can be witnessed rather than having them consume us, giving our spirits time to expand further into the realms of consciousness.
We all have the power to heal our blood cells with harmonious vibrations. We are all quantum beings of light and star dust.
