Hello and welcome to the Soothing Flow - my name is Anatoly Volokh.

 In my many years of walking the path of awe and discoveries of different modalities of the massage therapy, I offer my clients a safe space to explore the amazing capacity of Somatic healing - the goal of which is to enhance the client's overall awareness, promoting a sense of balance and harmony between the mind and body.

Aromatherapy: I use of high quality therapeutic essential oils to enhance the healing process. Carefully selected and blended essential oils known for their therapeutic properties, catering to the specific needs and preferences of each client. The aromatic essences not only delight the senses but also work synergistically to support emotional balance and relaxation.

Sensory Awareness: I encourage my clients to become more aware of their body's sensations, movements, and postures. This heightened awareness helps individuals release tension and stress.

Gentle Touch: Somatic massage often involves gentle and mindful touch and uses a variety of strokes, stretches, and techniques to promote relaxation and release tension in the body.

Breath Awareness: Breath plays a crucial role in somatic massage. Clients are guided to focus on their breath, facilitating relaxation and a deeper connection to the present moment.

Movement Exploration: Some somatic massage sessions incorporate movement exploration, encouraging clients to explore natural and fluid movements to release restrictions and promote overall well-being.
