What is Regression Healing?
Regression Healing targets and heals the root of your trauma through all past, present, and future lives interdimensionally through the chakra system. It is a hands-on healing modality exclusive to me, Ruthie Benninger utilizing a circuit of consciousness for the information to be accessed and channeled to you as the client. Unlike reiki, which is a silent practice, regression healing is explained through every step so the client is fully conscious and aware of everything I am seeing, hearing, and channeling. I was taught by Spirit that you speak the person’s truth to heal, so when trauma and subconscious programming is addressed and brought to the conscious, it is able to be healed and integrated.
The first connection in the circuit is through Mother Gaia. The client is grounded into Gaia because humans are very electrical in nature. Before accessing the chakras, the client must be grounded to create a stable foundation for the energy work to take place.
The second connection is to the inner child. Intuitively, this is the access point that enables me to access the body’s energetic recorded cellular memories.
The last connection point is at the crown chakra where I am able to speak to the highest aspect of the client and target the root of the trauma through all time and space. This point is unique to every person depending on what needs to be cleared, whether in a past timeline or present reality.
What does a session look like?
Sessions can be booked from 30 minutes up to 1 hour. Clients lay on their back on a reiki table and selenite is placed on the chest to keep the circuit clear. A rose oil blend is placed on the client’s temples and third eye. A 528 Hz tuning fork is used to clear and align the chakras. I then move to the client’s ankles and feet to energetically ground them into Gaia. I proceed to work from the temples and crown chakra to establish the connection points previously mentioned. I clear and move energy as guided and channel the information to the client. The intention is to put the power back in the client’s hands and for them to always leave with a smile.
